We are all on this journey together. Each of us are responsible for own growth and development. We are very powerful I believe. The tricky part is not allowing external influences to knock us off our path.
I believe people around us are our teachers to honour ourselves, to love ourselves, to go within, to really get know who we are, and ultimately vibrate love, peace and joy.
These are hard lessons in some ways and in others not. It is simple. Quiet the mind, and connect with your inner being. The challenge is our programming from society, to not be still, to not go within, that all the power lies in continuing seek approval from others, usually a higher authority.
But this is an illusion. Each of us are magnificent, sentient beings with immense powers to create the world we wish without detriment to another. What it boils down to is what we believe and making ourselves a priority in the sequence of hours where we have given ourselves the untruth that there is no time.
I am growing every day. I am here along with you all to learn and grow, to be the best I can be and to honour myself and in return honour all.

Get into Positive Thought, Your Vortex with Abraham and Esther Hicks
Esther and Jerry Hicks with the guidance of Abraham have created an abundance of information about the Law of Attraction.
The couple have created meditations about getting in one’s vortex regarding well-being, financial abundance, and relationships which will help you align your thoughts with your wishes; what you wish to attract in your life at the start of every day. Each are 15 minutes long.
The meditations will help you create a day of “attracting the positive” with regards to the above. If you do not like what you are attracting, learn how to vibrate and attract at a different frequency. This will most likely mean, changing your thought patterns.

Dr. Bruce Lipton is very special because his background is in science, biology. He had an epiphany through his research about genes and how we are all told that our destiny is mapped through our genes.
He discovered this is a load of nonsense. That we are extremely powerful, and we can change our internal reality as much as our external reality based on how we look after ourselves, and our thought processes. His books are fabulous reads, and he is a wonderful teacher.

The Awakening of Consciousness with Eckhart Tolle
When I finally read, “The New Earth”, it was this massive sigh of relief. Because someone was finally explaining to me how I was operating. Eckhart nailed it.
The information seems very simple because he is such a great teacher, but it takes one a lot of practise to undo the thought programming and identify when the ego is running the show and when it is not.
This is the beginning of conscious awareness. Watching ones thought patterns, and catching yourself in “thoughts that do not serve you but are running all the time.”
I always say to people, the mind is very powerful and should be used for powerful things, not for processing garbage. As most of us are processing senseless waste product thoughts. Our mind is to be used for intelligence then turned off for some restoration. But this is not taught to us, we have to seek this awareness, and then learn how to implement it.
The issue is people are using their mind for unconstructive thinking. Damage thinking. They are not watching what they are running through their head. And therefore, the body gets sick and life never seems to be okay. Because the mind is constantly swirling “garbage thoughts”, and also therefore attracting the unwanted vibrations. As our thoughts are being matched by the same thoughts.

How Did Your Animal Come to be in Your Life?
Nothing is accidental I feel. How and why did your animal come to you? And what did you hope to learn and heal with their presence? I believe no being is below another.
We are all here to learn and grow and the animal kingdom has been given a tremendous assignment. To help us be better human beings I feel They are constantly trying to help us be more centered, more present, and ultimately happy. And of course, to become enlightened. Gosh, the LOVE they give. Just magical. How can we not reciprocate by growing?
From my perspective, the questions become, are we –
- really living the life that supports us, and helps us become the being we wish to be; living in authenticity
- living our truth
- taking the time to really know ourselves inside
- contributing with “oneness” in mind; living with the human consciousness, and connection in mind
- living with the planet, in tune with her, and honouring her gifts daily
- living in gratitude
- owning our power
- And being fully responsible for ourselves in all areas of our life
a frequency. And every choice you make, and everything you do matters.
