Every healing modality on this website is about clearing the toxins from the carbon-based body so the body may heal. This is another amazing avenue. I have not needed to use this with the animals but it is an avenue available to explore for every pet owner not only for their animals but their human family too.
Mineral Miracle Solution
Chlorine dioxide also referred to as CD is also referred to as MMS, the Mineral Miracle Solution which Jim Humble is famous for sharing the compound’s healing potential. Jim discovered the healing powers of CLO2 during a mining expedition in South America when he helped heal those who contracted malaria in hours with this solution. He had originally brought the solution along the trip for purifying drinking water. He therefore called CLO2, MMS, the Mineral Miracle Solution and has been helping heal people for decades, teaching along the way. He has since passed, 2023 September, and Kerri Rivera, among others around the world, are sharing his work. Jim wrote a book if one is able to find it called, The Power of MMS. Below is a podcast hosted by Be Reasonable interviewing Jim Humble about MMS’s power.

To clarify any misconceptions of this chemical to other chemicals, such as bleach:
Chemically,
Chlorine Dioxide, CLO2
and
Sodium hypochlorite, bleach, NaOCl or NaClO,
are two distinctly different chemicals.
Table salt is also very different, NaCl, Sodium Chloride.
What is so special about CD is it does not hurt the body used in the diluted quantities directed, as it is alkaline.
pH of CLO2 is High Alkaline. 8.7
This is very important to understand. The pH of MMS is very high alkaline dowsing at pH 8.7. With regards to burns and wounds, as burns are high acid, the MMS alkalines the burns and stops the burning, also healing wounds as the pH is alkaline. CLO2 is a known oxidizer, oxidizing the cell, powering the cell up.
CLO2 is negatively charged. This is important to understand as this supports the body’s “negative spark of life”, the polarity in the body allowing the body to heal while simultaneously dealing with pathogens.
Kerri Rivera, D. Hom
Kerri Rivera, a Doctor in Homeopathy, explains in her book, Autism CD Protocol, 2024 Edition, how she healed her son of autism. Diet changes were instrumental to his recovery as well as implementing chlorine dioxide protocols which were the final stepping stones to giving her – her son back. What Kerri learned about MMS and its healing effects via Jim Humble, Kerri has expanded on Jim’s protocols educating the populace about chlorine dioxide since. Kerri is the developer of the chlorine dioxide protocol, which has been used to recover 557 people from autism and related conditions. This is all about detoxing, detoxing the body of all kinds of toxins while supporting the body to heal as it is designed to do.
Kerri reports, “What all the diagnoses have in common is a compromised immune system that is not functioning as it should. There is pathogen overgrowth. There is inflammation throughout the body. There is candida, bacteria, parasites, viruses, and of course heavy metals.
They suffer from the effects of glyphosate, denatured industrial food, contaminated water, polluted air, environmental chemicals, vaccines, antibiotics and other pharmaceutical drugs, radio frequency exposure, and many other assaults to their bodies.”
Measuring Success
Kerri Rivera measures recovery by an ATEC test for healing autism. A score of 10 or less indicates recovery. Kerri Rivera recommends doing this test before beginning the CD Protocol and to repeat it every 3 months to monitor progress or whenever you are ready to start a new component of the protocol.
Kerri Rivera’s Protocol
The full CD protocol involves:
- a modified ketogenic diet, this is KEY as Kerri provides specifics on food and why, great information
- chlorine dioxide, CLO2
- specific supplements
- parasite protocols
- chelators, binders
- hyperbaric oxygen
From my perspective looking at the protocol, this is all about alkalising the body, de-parasiting and pulling the toxins out. A lot of this can be done with dowsing, with the support of some of the above. Everything that goes into the body the body MUST process, so from my work the more energy is used, the less the body must process.

With regards to parasites, natural methods such as wormwood may be self-selected by the animals, as they know versus a pharmaceutical dewormer. Wormwood has been used for centuries in the East. Diatomaceous earth is not suggested as this shreds the parasites and the dead matter may contribute to too much toxicity in the body. Kerri suggests it is better to kill the parasites versus shredding them as it is easier on the organs, and glands and body parts. I do this via dowsing – energetically neutralizing them without any need for products.
The ultimate goal is to seal the gut, and all the organs, glands and body parts, flushing toxins while providing an appropriate diet for the body to run on and do the innate intelligent job it is designed to do.
About Glutamate
What is important is to understand what these synthetic compounds do called excitotoxins. They cross the brain blood barrier and damage neurons. The most common one is monosodium glutamate (MSG), which has over 28 different names and is referenced on the pet food ingredient page of this website. These excitotoxins are also placed in vaccinations and a lot of pharmaceuticals. I find various forms of MSG in organs, glands and body parts via dowsing causing harm in my clients. It is acidic and has a very low frequency.
Glutamate is natural to the body. Some foods which contain natural glutamate are listed below. Those in red font are not beneficial to animals.
- Almonds
- Bananas
- Berries
- Corn
- Broccoli
- Buckwheat
- Dairy
- Soy
- Tomatoes
These do not hurt the body when the organs, and gland and body systems are sealed. Kerri reports glutamate must maintain an essential balance with GABA so the brain is not impacted. When the glutamate balance is too high, this has the ability to impact the brain blood barrier creating imbalance in the body, mind and spirit.
Do Not Use with Citrus
It is important to note, CLO2 is not to be used with citrus products such as essential oils, lemon, orange, bergamot, lime, melissa, all citrus fruits, sources of Vitamin C and other anti-oxidant supplements. They will all counter the CLO2’s impact. This just shows us all how powerful and valuable the citrus plants are on the planet. All the animals process the citrus essential oils and most take additional vitamin C when healing.
Using this Protocol With Animals
2025 March, since learning of MMS quite a few years ago, this has not come up for me so far as a protocol for the animals when I have so many other methods at my disposal. I am placing this on the website for information, for one to further delve into, and if one perhaps does not have any other avenue to use which are presented within Healing the Body page.
To use CLO2, I suggest the process be thoroughly muscle-tested or dowsed for accuracy including whether it is the best method of healing for the life form being considered for the protocol.
