People love to worry. They may not think they do, but they participate in this “mind cycle treadmill” all the time, which has no impact what so ever on a favorable outcome. It is actually at the bottom of the vibrational scale with fear. It is fear-spinning.
I could understand if “worrying” actually healed someone, contributed to a positive outcome. But it actually does the opposite. It drags people down, it depletes the worrier of their energy, it messages “I have no power”, and fuels the planet and all those around with this low vibration. This vibration will then attract more of what they are worrying about as the universe will match the energy. As Richard Gordon reports in his book, Quantum Healing, “Worry is praying for what you do not want”. It is a destructive, negative programs which will eventually manifest as dis-ease as it is low vibration, and again, Law of Attraction will match, and deliver.
People will sometimes say “I was worried about you!” I respond, “Please NEVER send me that vibration! Yuck! If you would like me to thrive, send ONLY love and happy thoughts please.” And this applies to all the animals. No one is helping any one with “negative worrying goalless thinking”. This will only debilitate your animals and not contribute one second to them being healthy and happy. Animals do not live in this state, but we definitely place them in our negative vibrational energy fields. When exposed to this vibration they will automatically hand over all their energy to their pet owner as they love us so. And if the fields, and the vibration in and around their home are really low, they may eventually get sick, as for some, it may just be too much.
No life on this planet thrives around unstable, negative, low vibrational energy.
Now this does not mean we do not observe our animal, and think hmmmm, I think you might need some extra care, or something does not look quite right. This is coming from a place of questioning, high vibration, sending love – but using the brain to go hmmm, I think we might need some help here. And then drilling down into what might be going on.
If we go into the negative, the “worry”, all critical thinking disappears, or at least we are definitely not at our best to drill down into what is going on with our animal. Our animals need us to supply a safe space, and space that is clear of sadness, pity, free from all low vibrational energies. They will just sink lower if this is what is being given to them.
The other day my dog was struggling, and my husband, the worst! his face was FULL of fear and “what if’s”. Oh, my goodness! He was brutal. I messaged to him absolutely under no circumstances to give Yantha all his “stuff”. Jeepers! I said I am going to write a blog about you! And he said “you better not”! And he shifted his energy. All he wanted to do was pet her with tears. Oh, my goodness, that is so not going help her in the slightest. She was working heavily to heal, and low vibrational energy in the form of worry, drains energy.
When I am healing, of course, I offer compassion, but the vison is strong, how can I help you?” I never offer weak energy and never tears and sadness, this does not help anyone, and would cloud my supportive healing skills and drain me.
To support another, one must be clear, look after oneself, and always think, does one heal with one crying beside them, or with one smiling and providing laughter and strength.
I think we all know the answer. Vibrate high, no worrying!
