The two colors the heart chakra is associated with are green and pink. Pink for love and green I believe for the planet, our home. When we are in nature, our bodies feel like they have come home, they feel like they can breathe. Our energy and vitality is restored, this is our HEART chakra rejuvenating. Our whole system - connecting to our home, this beautiful planet, and all that she provides us, as nature is green.
Did you know our gut microbiome is supposed to map the soil our food grows in? This is how connected and apart of the planet we are. Our animals are the same. As we are one.
