This is a tricky blog to write as there are vast opinions on the matter. I will come from my personal experience, and from what I am witnessing from those who are contacting me about their beautiful being, and questioning their animal’s passing.
Everyone here on the planet has a soul journey. Each of us are here to experience and grow I feel, using our free will to raise the vibration for the planet, consistently choosing to come from a place of love not fear. This is about all of us shifting into the Fifth Dimension from the Third Dimension of polarity.
Most of our animals are dying much too young. Dogs around 9 or 10 and younger, cats around 13 years old and younger, horses under 30. We, hu-mans, have allowed a system of toxicity to become “pet healthcare” through our lack of questioning and not believing in our own innate guidance system. Nor honoring our own animals’ innate guidance system.
I feel it is kind to help a being to cross over when there has been a major fatality, and they must move on as their body is beyond repair. But what is usually happening is the animal is sick, can absolutely heal, yet “this is their time” is assigned and veterinarians are euthanizing. When did this become okay? What I see is convenience. What I see is people do not wish to put in the time and energy to help their family member recover. This is not judgment, this is observation.
Many animals I have connected with who are at the vets can make, and fully intend to heal, yet their journey is cut short for them. They have not been asked, but they have been “let go” before they feel their journey has been fulfilled.
In cases where I am informed, they are on the other side, I ask the animals do they know what has happened? And why? “A lot of them do not”, as this was not their choice, this was made for them.
Every being is sovereign. Every being. We do not have the right to take on the role of “it is time you go now” I feel at all. This violates LOVE and each of our individual journeys. Don’t you think? It is each of our sovereign rights to leave when we are ready. Not a minute before.
If an animal is in a dis-ease state, each of us must take a beat and ask WHY? How did we contribute to this? And are we prepared to help them heal? By each of us consciously healing our animals, listening to our internal guidance system, not only do we honor our beautiful family member, but ourselves, and our home, Mother Earth. As she has supplied all we need to thrive, it is the hu-man that is out of balance, disconnected, not living in connection to all that is.
Of course, the above depends on what the animal is showing, and what the pet owner is prepared to do to help them heal. From my work so far, usually it takes energetically clearing the toxins, a homeopathic remedy, a pet owner to stay in positive vibration, and the healing is on its way. Every situation is unique. Belief systems can become our blockers here, it is about what one feels the animal wishes to do and again exploring possibilities with discernment. There are so many avenues one can take.
I wish every animal would decide to journey over on their own accord. The tricky thing is they are in our homes and do not have this luxury to go off and transition as most would do in nature.
The other factor I feel which is messing with natural transition is toxins, we have poisoned the bodies, so the physical body can no longer sustain life, yet the journey here on earth is not finished, so we have created disconnect I feel in the whole process. This is why we are having to help them exit as we have literally interfered with the natural progression of how we all leave the planet. If no toxins, the soul would naturally depart gently off the planet I feel, as we hear stories of beings exiting during sleep. This whole process of when to let them go would not be a part of our reality. I wonder.
At Home Is the Best Place
From my perspective, all animals should be transitioned at home with the vet coming to the home to help them cross over. This is their home, and this is where they would wish to move on from. Not from an awful smelling hospital room which is bright, sterile and does not hold the sanctity of such an occasion. They know other animals are around, are suffering and there is activity, it is a sterile space. It is not home. It is not sacred. There are many such services available if one searches.
The process must be I feel about preparing the animal, asking permission, hiring an animal communicator perhaps to make sure all the information is accurate, and the words are spoken to the animal and received as such. This is a time of deep pain I feel, as we love them so, exhaustion as we have most likely been looking after them for a while, and relief, as they will no longer be in pain and now may move onto other adventures. It is a whirlwind of emotion, and really hard to do.
Dr. Will Falconer, in his article below, Your Dying Animal: 10 Ways to Help, states how the homeopathic remedy, Arsenicum Album can help negating any fear or panic when transitioning. I feel, with the work I do now with the dark side, is the fear and panic is a direct result of the dark side interfering with the process and none of us truly understanding the whole picture about what is going on. The animals can sense this and this is why the fear and panic sets in versus them leaving peacefully I feel.
When there is transition, I always include the other animals. What I find, is they want to know, and they want to know WHY, why is the animal having to go. This is extremely important information to communicate, to share, so they know the process and how this has unfolded, and what the process will look like with their family member leaving.
Please do not assume they know anything.
Horses especially, as they are flight animals and tend to hold more fear. They need to know why a member of their herd is being let go. However, from my experience, they may not necessarily wish to be there with them when they do transition like we may think. Actually, I have not known an animal to wish to be anywhere near this process, they are around, close by, but definitely not with the animal at the time.
It is about allowing them to make the decision where they wish to be. And offering all the animal’s essential oils such as frankincense, sandalwood, vetiver, and perhaps linden blossom to process via smell to provide a calm and peaceful environment.
Rescue remedy is great to have around, 4 drops in a bowl of water, ceramic or glass not metal, so they may choose to dose themselves to deal with the shock and the trauma of losing one of their family members. This is good for everyone to take who is linked to the event.
One of my clients, was told her younger dog would have preferred to be at the vet clinic when the other was being let go. I disagreed with this. The sense of fear and smell of death is throughout these places and the animals would prefer to have the information yes, but not be present in a small room while their best friend lies on a metal table ready to be let go while the pet owners are trying to keep it together. This is not good advice I feel.
The animal should be given the information, left at home with lovely scents mentioned above of their choosing, to process, to help them with their grieving, leaving the pet owners free to go for a good walk and release their emotions after their loved one has been let go before going back home again, as to leave the house as three members, and return as two is hard. This is my perspective on it all. As I was relaying this information, her dog was listening intently, and then relaxed to say, “Yes, I agree with that”. This is what the pet owner received also.
A lot of euthanized animals are funneled out the back door of all facilities into the pet food supply chain. Do not think your local veterinarian, local cremator is any different. Please do your homework so you know where the body is indeed going if you are not burying the animal at home on your land. If it enters any supply chain, such as being sent for cremation, how do you know it is your animal’s ashes you are receiving? Please do your due diligence. Anyone who gets defensive about these kind of questions, must have a reason to be. Use your discernment.
Regardless of belief systems, most of us I feel know the soul, the essence of the being leaves the body. What is extremely important, is that one asks for help, whoever you wish to call in, your Spirit Guides are one source, to make sure the soul is protected and taken to the other side before the animal is let go. What I am finding is those animals released in veterinary clinics and the like, where this guidance and intention is not present, the dark side is taking their soul to a lower dimension.
So we may go home and think they are okay, but if we have not directed how their soul is to be looked after, then do not assume they are have gone to a safe place. This is again our lack of awareness with regards to the light and the dark on the planet, our power of intention, and truly understanding who we really are. This is not intended to create fear in the reader, but awareness. I have brought many animals back into this dimension, healed them, making sure they are whole, free of shock and trauma, etc., and then guided them over to where they should be going onto their next journey. When there is trauma, deep shock, the souls are almost always “captured” I am finding.
Larger animals, I do not agree with what is going with regards to ending life. I will come back to this when I know more about how to navigate this discussion.
This is really tricky as we can play scenarios over and over in our mind about what we could have done differently. If we do not let go of this, this indeed will make us ill. I write this from experience. Every time one of our animals crosses over, I push to know more. How could I have helped change the trajectory. At the time, there is a lack of knowledge at play, some exhaustion, but also a lack of asking for help and information. I have learned to treat my mind with “sanctity”, this means the less I process the more information I receive. This means the more connected I am to the universe, and I can then receive “downloads”. This perhaps may seem strange to the reader, but this is our design, we are connected to everything, we are of course “trained” to be disconnected and hand over our power which is having a massive effect on the planet and all those around us I feel. The mind has been desensitized and programmed to follow.
Guilt is a debilitating emotion. It will rot the body inside out, and not one of our animals wish us to do this to ourselves. So, my suggestion is to “wail it out in the forest”, explaining to the forest what you are about to do before you do it so you do not frighten nature – and go into the pain and release it. It must come out, it mut be addressed head on to heal, so it may be released. This is vital for moving on and being able to service your other family members. I speak from experience here.
Ultimately, honor your animal by questioning, challenging the current paradigm so all life transitions on their own terms and we do not have to make these decisions. To live a good life, be free and exit in sleep, this is a good way to move on, peacefully, and in the sanctity of one’s home full of love.
I am able to connect to any animal anywhere. It is about moving from a physical world to one of energy to comprehend this. We are so third dimensionally driven that this keeps us from expanding who we really are I feel in cases. Nobody is ever really gone. They have just transitioned back into their natural form. They can hear you, have awareness of what you are doing and for some have every intention of coming back into the physical form. It all depends on their journey and what they wish to experience, what they still have to learn, and help others learn too I feel.
Transition is hard. Very hard. Even with all the energy work I do, and knowing they are around, and that we are all energy, there is nothing like that physical hug where they press their body into yours, and you get to say “love you soooooooooooooo much”. It is magical every time.
From my heart to yours. I hope this helps.
