Vegetable broth above ready to cook in clay pot. A lot of the heavy greens are sitting at the bottom of the pot like celery, fennel, zucchini etc. which are not visible in the photo.
Feeding
For canines, feed twice a day, 12 hours apart. If they are super hungry a third feeding may be offered, but for healing chronic cases, it is preferred not. The goal is to certainly NOT to cause them any stress, follow their lead. This will keep for 3-5 days.
This is Not Bone Broth
If possible, it is preferred no animal protein is added at all. However, if one must, a small bone or two may be added for flavor. However, if allergies or skin issues are present then the protein must be something the dog/cat has not been exposed to before. And definitely no raw poultry.
Access to the Outdoors
Please make sure they are allowed outside to relieve themselves several times a day. They may have to go to the bathroom more often than normal perhaps due to the volume of liquid they may consume. If any questions, please reach out.
