Tapping Into Our Inner Guidance

Muscle testing is otherwise known as Applied Kinesiology. This is a very important tool available to every pet owner to utilize. It just takes practice, and a quiet mind. Stillness.

What you are doing is tapping into the subconscious of your innate being to ask questions about anything, but more importantly perhaps – what is good for your animal, and what is not good for them in terms of how they are doing, and daily life. They will tell you too of course, directly if you listen, but if you are not sure, this will help you navigate. This is circumventing the mind. This is connecting to all that is.

One can test: ingredients, food, remedies, frequency, dose, people, accuracy, truth, circumstances, the body, pain, dis-ease, everything can be tested – it is all about the questions. The questions MUST be specific. If questions are too general, then the answers will most likely be different, and potentially not accurate.

What also is very important to check is terminology. This is where the words, names of things, we are using matters and sometimes need to be checked to make sure we are asking what we think we are asking or checking.

Method

I prefer the O-Ring Method as you do not have to rely on anyone else. This is reference below. It is quick and effective. There are a lot of different methods well explained on YouTube. Select the one which is best for you and test it for a bit on random things to build up confidence, before using it to determine what is best for your animal. This is very important for food and supplements, begin here.

“Ring-in-Ring” Method: Muscle Testing 101

The intention must always be to release all control over the outcome. This is very important else your mind and emotions will override the testing. Once you practice, you can feel the vibration of when you are tapped in, really connected versus what I call “not in the zone”.

Please reach out if you are at all unsure. It is a very powerful tool, as we are powerful!
