This is something not a lot of people give attention to, who takes my animal if something happens to me? This needs to be clear, and agreed upon with the chosen party, and it is also good to have a back-up party just in case the first guardian’s circumstances change. The animals need to be addressed with clear direction regarding the guardian(s), and potential funds allotted for each pet’s care, where this is possible, in the pet owner’s COMMON LAW will. If you have a LEGAL will this is a CORPORATION will and will be subject to the laws of this corporation. This is a system we have slowly over the decades been firmly directed into via Rockefeller, and his counterparts, from as far back as the late 1800’s. But this is not the people’s system, it is not a sovereign system. If you have a will designed under the Common Law System, as a free man or woman, then the laws of the corporation as you know it, will not apply and your money will not go to the legal (illegal) corporate system which is designed to take your money. To understand more, please read some of the resources below. In the meantime, please make sure your animals are well looked after, and taken care of if suddenly life happens to change.
Some Things to Perhaps Address & Agree Upon with Potential Guardians Prior to Their Acceptance of the Responsibility
